Our Story

How Impry started

impry.me began in a south London flat with a cutting plotter, a secondhand laminator, and the stubborn conviction that ordering custom stickers online should not feel like filling in a tax return. The founder had spent years designing merchandise for small bands and independent brands, and had grown frustrated with the friction: upload portals that rejected perfectly good files, minimum orders that made a hundred units feel mandatory, and turnaround times measured in weeks. It seemed obvious that a better way was possible — so rather than wait for someone else to build it, we built it ourselves.

What we believe

We believe that custom print should be accessible from quantity one. Whether you are a solo illustrator testing a new design, a small business running its first branded mailer campaign, or a parent decorating a child's bedroom wall — you should get the same quality, the same care, and the same clean experience as a company ordering ten thousand units. We are a studio, not a factory, and we treat every order with that in mind.

We also believe in saying what things are made of and how long they will last. Impry products are not the cheapest you will find online. They are made from materials we would put our own name on — cast vinyl, Mylar, solid wood mouldings, archival board — because we would rather make something once than have it fail in six months and disappoint the person who chose us.

Where we're going

Impry is growing, and London is just the start. We are building the tools to let creators and businesses design, proof, and order custom print products in minutes — from anywhere in the world — without sacrificing the quality that defines a London print studio. That means more products, more materials, and better software, developed alongside the customers who use it every day.
