Production

Last updated - Invalid Date

Every Impry product is made fresh for you — no inventory, no batching. Here's how our production process works from upload to dispatch.

How long does production take?

Production begins immediately after your payment clears. All products are produced within 1–3 calendar days, and production runs seven days a week, 365 days a year — no weekday-only batches, no cut-offs. Orders are processed in the order received. There is no rush or expedited option. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend during particularly busy periods; we will contact you if we anticipate a significant delay on your specific order.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of payment clearing. Your artwork then goes through a manual review — our team checks it for quality, content, and rights issues. If we spot something that could affect production or that raises a content concern, we will email you within 1 working day with details. If everything looks good, your order moves straight into production.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where a tracked service is used, your tracking link is included in that email. For some small-format shipments, tracking may not be available.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at contact@impry.me with your order number and the change you need. If production has not yet started, we can usually accommodate changes to artwork, size, quantity, or delivery address. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed — we are committed to finishing what is already on the press. If a cancellation is possible, any materials already consumed will be deducted from any refund. See our Terms & Conditions for the full cancellation policy.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

A digital soft proof is shown in the product configurator before you add to cart — what you see is what will be printed, scaled to size. We do not send a separate proof-approval email by default, as this adds delay that most customers prefer to avoid.

If our team spots a potential issue with your file during the pre-production check — low resolution, incorrect colour mode, insufficient bleed — we will contact you before printing and wait for your confirmation. If you would like a formal proof step for a large or high-value order, mention it in the order notes at checkout and we will arrange it.

What if my print does not look right when it arrives?

Email us at contact@impry.me with your order number and clear photographs of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We assess each case individually. If the problem is caused by something on our side — print quality, colour accuracy, physical damage — we will arrange a remedy under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If the issue arises from the artwork you uploaded (too low a resolution, text errors), that is outside our control and we will advise on what you can do differently next time.
