Use impry.me for what it's for: making custom printed things you have the right to print. Don't use it to break the law, harm others, or abuse the service. Cross those lines and we may suspend or close your account.

The short of it

This policy sets out what's not allowed when using impry.me. It exists to keep the service safe and lawful for everyone. By using the service, you agree to these rules; they sit alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Prohibited content

Don't upload or order anything that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that we shouldn't be printing: copyrighted material you don't have rights to, hateful or discriminatory material, threatening or harassing content, sexually explicit material involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor, or anything that incites violence or illegal acts.

You must not submit, upload, or order content that: infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory; promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or illegal activity; or constitutes or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report suspected CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Crime Agency (NCA) and, where appropriate, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF). This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

Prohibited conduct

Don't misuse the service itself: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; no fraud or payment abuse; no using someone else's account; no automated scraping or bulk extraction of the site; and no abuse or harassment of our staff or other customers.

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the service, its servers, or connected infrastructure; engage in fraudulent activity or payment fraud; impersonate any person or use another user's account without authorisation; use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the service except as expressly permitted; or abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or other customers. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

Account suspension and termination

If you seriously breach these rules, we may suspend or close your account. For severe breaches — fraud, CSAM, or submission of infringing content — we may act immediately and without notice. Orders already placed and accepted will be honoured or refunded where we can't fulfil them.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for breach of this policy or our Terms & Conditions. For material or unlawful breaches — including fraud, submission of CSAM, or submission of infringing content — we may suspend or terminate access immediately and without prior notice. Termination does not affect orders already accepted, which will be fulfilled in accordance with our Terms or refunded where fulfilment is not possible. Where required by law, we will report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Reporting misuse

If you encounter content or behaviour on impry.me that breaches this policy, please report it to contact@impry.me. We review all reports and act promptly where action is warranted.
