We produce every order within 1–3 calendar days, 365 days a year. We
ship worldwide, and for international orders we cover the import duties
ourselves — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise
customs bills.
The short of it
Everything we make is produced to order in the UK. This page covers our production timing, how we handle delivery, international shipping, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Production and dispatch
We produce every order fresh. Production takes 1–3 calendar days and runs 365 days a year — there are no cut-offs, no weekday-only batches. There is no rush option; orders are processed in the order received.
Orders are produced on an individual basis. Production typically completes within 1–3 calendar days of payment confirmation; production operates seven days a week, 365 days a year. There are no customer-selectable rush or expedited options; orders are processed in the sequence received. Dispatch timing refers to the point at which goods leave our facility, not to delivery.
Delivery times
How long delivery takes after dispatch depends on where you are. We select the best available carrier and service for each order — there are no shipping options to pick at checkout. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier-published transit times and are not contractual commitments. Delivery times run from dispatch, not from the time of order. impry.me selects the shipping carrier and service for each order; no customer-selectable shipping options are offered. We are not liable for delays arising from carrier performance, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, though we will assist in resolving non-delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
International delivery
We ship worldwide on a DDP basis — Delivered Duty Paid. That means we pay any import duties and taxes on your behalf, and they're already included in the price you see. You won't get a surprise customs bill when your order arrives.
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are borne by impry.me and are included in the displayed price. The customer is not responsible for additional import charges on delivery. Delivery estimates for international orders are subject to customs processing times in the destination country.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link if the carrier supports it. Tracking in your account dashboard requires an account registered with the email used at checkout. If you ordered as a guest, create an account with that same email and your order and tracking history will be applied automatically.
Where the selected carrier and service support tracking, dispatch confirmation emails include a tracking link. Tracking visibility in the account dashboard requires an account registered with the email address used at checkout. Guest customers who create an account after ordering will have their order history and tracking applied retroactively.
Risk and lost or damaged orders
Until your order is delivered to you, anything that goes wrong in transit — lost in the post, damaged in delivery — is our problem to sort out. Once it's safely with you, risk passes to you. If something arrives damaged or never arrives, our Returns & Refunds Policy explains exactly what to do.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer at the point of delivery, in accordance with section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Loss or damage occurring prior to delivery remains our responsibility. Claims for transit damage or non-delivery are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the applicable waiting periods (10 working days from dispatch for UK addresses; 20 working days from dispatch for international addresses) before a non-delivery claim can be raised.
